We laser cut 1/4" thick by 6" high stainless steel letters in an old wood board font. Each letter had to be cut in pieces and welded together to give the look of over lapping boards. We then applied a random ground finish per customer request followed by a clear brass like powder coat. The finished piece really looks great and really pops in the sunlight. www.keuka-studios.com
