colorcamm pc-600 BRAND NEW print head Banding issues PLEASE HELP

I bought this Pc-600 about 2 weeks ago sent it in to roland dga in irvine CA and they replaced the print head and the platen damper (the stirp that is under the media while the print head is applys the heat in order for the ink to be presseed onto the vinyl) I am very confused and wanting to know if anyone eles has this issue.

I use FlexiSign Pro 7.5.v5 Now I print nice graphic (flower) and each print pass is Light then next print pass is darker next print pass is lighter next is darker ect. throught the whole print. Now when I printspot colors I am geting very thin lines Example When I print spot color cyan (solid color) I get a very thin (darker cyan color) line like it is overlaping. When I adjust the line pitch it does not help only makes it worse.

So I tried using corel draw 13 and SAME issues
Then I tried using rolands rip color choice SAME problem.
Remember This is A BRAND new print head I just got it back from service.

So I call roland The guy whom serviced it, he seams to think its my software but I have spent 3 days now going over help topics and adjusting thing in my programming even shut of default programming override so that the setting from the actual machine are whats used for printing SAME PROBLEM.

When I call they tell me to Print a SELF PRINT TEST and it comes out fine (that is the machine printing by itself with out being hooked up to a computer) But the problem is that print is not large enough to show if there was a banding problem they are telling me if there was a problem it would show in that, I dont understand how becasue the print is not large enough for more than one pass nor it is at all a solid color to show the banding in my Opinion.

Does anyone know anything about any of this?????? PLEASE HELP Thank you!
