It is important to return to the days of having strong customer relations and not focus so much on the next sale, but on the relationship that can generate a sale.As a commercial awning manufacturer, our goal is to obviously sell and build commercial awnings. But before a customer is willing to turn their project over to us, a relationship must be established. A customer must have trust in their supplier and feel confident that their supplier will do what they promise. Too many companies are geared to just making a sale and forget the importance of customer service. When a company has a genuine focus on relationships and partnership, the sales will follow. Thats the focus of the company I represent and the focus that I will not stray from. It is a focus we should all have in this business and will only make this industry stronger.
