Decal Installations

Dear Mr. (or Mrs.),

The purpose of this introductory letter is to briefly introduce myself as a graphic installer.
I am the former supervisor/lead installer for a 3M Certified Installation Company. I worked as a supervisor/lead installer for the last six years and very recently ended my journey with Graphic Installation Services.

While working as an installer, I have come to have experience in many aspects of installation. My installation services range from Full Wraps to Simple Computer Cut lettering. Some of my experience includes: Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs, Buses, Tour Buses, Trailers, Golf Carts, Speed Boats, Trains, Planes, Buildings, Windows, Military Equipment, Etc…

I am starting my own installation company and would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your time. I am keen to speak with all of my potential customers from all areas. As a first step in my customer familiarization process, I would like to speak with you to discuss your installation concerns and needs. At the same time, I would also like to take that opportunity to briefly review my services.

My primary objective is to enhance my customer’s position in their market. My installations are backed by excellent services to allow you to concentrate on your business and your customers, rather that your suppliers. I look forward to additional ways to enhance this relationship for our mutual benefit.

To set up a discussion for this at your convenience, please contact me at the above e-mail address or phone number. I believe that my services will better your company’s future. I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about your company’s installation needs.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Allen Palmer
