Shop Management Software

We are a business that has been open for 30+ years. We are growing really fast now and having a hard time keeping up with our projects and such. Everything to this point has been in paper, pretty much. We have a small database that our owner came up with and has worked ok for the past couple of years. We bought estimate in order for pricing, but we are not satisfied with it, due to the fact we still have to use our "access" database for the rest of our stuff.

I am looking for an extremely efficient business style software. I need something that will create and edit work orders/service projects, enter employee times, assist with pricing, inventory, ordering and the usual business material. I am not as concerned with invoicing as we have someone who uses their own method and would be extremely tough to change.

Any suggestions would be so helpful.
