LARGE film positives needed!

I'm new to silkscreening and glad I've found this site. It'd been trial and error all along but still enjoying the process. I'm tired of creating 8 1/2 x 11 film positives on my Lexmark printer and would like to do larger images perhaps as large as 40 x 30. I am in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and can't seem to find anyone locally who knows what I'm talking about. At this stage of the game are LARGE film positives going to cost me an arm and a leg?? Any information and/or contact information would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have to get film positives made for screen printing and sent my files to a local printer who had the equipment. Almost all of the printers had a way to make their own film negatives or positives. That was of course about 3 years ago. Anyway... I would suggest contacting your local printers. If they don't do film for outside use, I think that they should be able to point you in the right direction.
