Hi, have you ever tried Weed-It? It is a new vinyl line enhancing product. All you have to do is sprikle a small amount onto your vinyl and you can see all the lines without any mistakes, lights or glasses. I use it daily here at our shop.

An easy to use method to weed small graphics and copy...

1. cut a box around your graphic area while still on the liner
2. Apply your mask and transfer to substrate
3. Weed the graphic

This method allows the adhesive on the vinyl itself to act as a better anchor for the graphics. Very handy for tiny text of little, detailed logos.

Good luck!

Also bear in mind that certain materials weed small letters and thin lines easier than others. Arlon's 5000 series materials have allowed me to make lines as small as .025" while most high performance materials will only go as small as .060 on freestanding lines.
