![]() Cutter Plotter Repair?
Posted by: ted44 (---.hsd1.md.comcast.net)
Date: August 30, 2007 10:26AM Hi Guys,
Had a VERY limited budget, so bought several no-name cutters direct from HK. All work well, not fancy but reliable apart from 1. There's always one! There is no name on the unit at all. Nice large size, self-tests fine but I cannot get ANY pc to communicate, let alone handshake with it. I can trash it, but that would seem a waste as it looks good, self tests, but of course is trash unless I can get a PC to work with it. Based in Maryland, any ideas or some lkind soul out there who might fancy a challenge? Maybe a repair, but can't afford a kings ransom, yet anyways :) thanks for your time. If you are serious and can help I can e-mail photos to help if required. HK seller total dead beat. Won't buy anything from him EVER again. Thanks.
