Responsible for supporting LED signage business and product portfolio in applications engineering. The work spans from pre-sales systems engineering and marketing consulting activities through post-sale installation and implementation support. Provides technical support in marketing and sales, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of LED signage products. Provides answers to customer inquiries, on site customer support. Resolves complaint issues of limited complexity. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing data from which answers can be readily obtained. Perform competitive benchmarking, assist in defining product specifications and various product development phases.

BS degree in Eng required. Incumbents may have 5+ yrs related experience.
Knowledge in LED technology is a must.
Working expreince in AutoCAD, LED signage, and hands-on electrical/mechanical experience in a plus.
