We are a leading national sign manufacturing company, looking for a high-energy Project Coordinator. Sign experience or permitting experience wanted, but not mandatory. The Project Coordinator will assist a Project Manager with management of a sign and image project, with emphasis on billing and code checks. We offer first class, state-of-the-art, multi-state manufacturing facilities and our own experienced top-quality service and installation crews. If you can communicate extremely well, organize, plan ahead and be a dynamic force in this industry, then we want you to be a part of our team! Compensation based on experience.
Required drug screen, background check and completion of non-compete and non-disclosure forms. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. EOE / DFWP

Position/Title: Project Coordinator
Classification: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Department: Project Management
Reports To: Director of Project Management
Summary: Responsible for the clerical support of the Project Management team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Professionally answer the company telephone for the department
•Sort incoming faxes and mail for distribution to appropriate folders. Transmit outgoing faxes.
•Maintain telephone lists, various spreadsheets and files as directed by the Manager
•Create labels, file folders and prepares correspondence as requested
•Perform a variety of clerical duties.
•Prepare a variety of service calls for Project Management Team
•Communicate with sub-contractors of a variety of clients as directed
•Receive client orders and prepare necessary paperwork, contact information and follow up on any communication as requested
•Perform various duties in M2M including service orders, job orders, repair orders & purchase orders as necessary
•Maintain current vendor list.
•Build and execute billing packages
•Research city code checks/permitting
•Other duties may be assigned to meet organizational needs

•Exhibit exceptional service to both internal and external customers
*Excellent verbal communication skills
•Ability to multi-task
•Punctual and professional in appearance
•Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant office software
•Previous experience in a front office or customer service environment

•Associates degree preferred
•2+ years’ professional office experience working in project management
