Position: Sales Executive

Position Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives, from new clients or accounts in their assigned region. Sales Executive identifies marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. The Sales Executive will demonstrate advanced sales, market research and business skills. Sales Executive is a face to face sales role and frequently involves travel.

Responsibilities:
Achieving assigned sales targets
Prospecting and developing new client relationships within a
defined geography or market
Consulting with clients on business issues and research design
Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales
presentations
Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products,
extensions, or enhancements
Being involved throughout the full sales/project process
Resolving sales or delivery issues
Reports directly to the Sales Manager
Keep current on the latest sign technology

Daily Work:
50% Out Calls/Prospecting
25% Lead follow-up
15% Account/Project Management
10% Sales presentations/Meeting with potential clients

Requirements:

Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain
and enhance customer relationships
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience. Signage/Graphics
industry experience preferred.
Technical competence (understand sign manufacturing and installation)
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Undergraduate degree or work experience equivalent
