Performs administrative and office support activities for sales staff, and multiple supervisors. May assist sales staff based in remote locations. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Writing sales orders, creating fabrication and install work packages, processing expense reports, coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress, maintaining records, serving as liaison between sales staff and support staff in the office as well as fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Experience with Excel, MS Word, and Outlook as well as Internet research capabilities, and strong communication skills are required.
