Specializing in grand-format digital and dye-sublimation printing as well as custom designed and manufactured mascot character costumes. Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, they have manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee and Orlando, Florida, with additional sales offices in Michigan and Illinois.

Custom Printing Division
The Custom Printing Division creates signage for some of the largest brands in the world. Clients include theme parks, professional sports teams, universities, retailers, exhibit houses, entertainment venues, cruise lines, restaurant chains, consumer brands, mattress manufacturers and many more. From banners and flags to billboards, interior décor to theatrical curtains, tradeshow backdrops to point-of-purchase materials, this company turns their ideas into reality.

In-house printing capabilities include:
• 10’ Seamless Fabric Dye Sublimation
• 10’ Digital Direct UV and Latex Printing
• 16’ Direct Solvent Printing
• Complete in-house finishing department (sewing, cutting, heat-bending) with over 250 man-hours of capacity each day.

Job Description
After a number of years of record sales growth, company is seeking adding an experienced custom print sales representatives to be based in the Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg and/or Miami markets. An ideal candidate will have a successful history selling the product mix as described above, as well as a well-established network of contacts within relevant customer categories. Specific knowledge of selling to sports teams and the entertainment industry is a plus.

They provide their sales representatives with the necessary tools and technology to support their efforts, including: cell phone, laptop computer and a wide variety of marketing tools and collateral. All of the outside sales reps are paired up with an inside account manager who will collaborate with them throughout the sales and production processes. This could be a home-based position. A salesperson could work out of any location in the greater Tampa/St. Petersburg or Miami areas. The salesperson will report to both the Milwaukee, WI and Orlando offices and will be supported by both the Milwaukee and Orlando facilities. Some business travel will be required, but amount will vary depending on location of clientele (pay travel expenses). Sales reps are not limited to geographic territories, but expect them to develop a substantial book of business in their local area. Prefer that sales reps have a strong list of relevant contacts to the position.

This position requires confidence, organizational skills and self-discipline. They are looking for someone that wants to work for a growing organization that is on the cutting edge of the printing industry and wants to contribute to a team that thrives on finding solutions when others fail. This role often requires helping challenging customers and going above and beyond the job title to make sure the organization and its customers are successful.

Note: Relevant experience with large format digital printing and knowledge of top tier clientele in your local market are required.
