Arete Industries is currently seeking a qualified sign sales professional to serve as our Site Essentials brand Sales Manager. This individual should posses a history within the signage industry which includes an understanding of current codes, design, materials and production techniques. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for the following:

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

>Manages the overall brand sales effort by implementing sales plans; supervising sales staff & handling all daily sales operations.

Sales Manager Job Duties:

>Prospect for new customers and manage existing company accounts.
>Determines annual sales goals by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
>Recommend, develop and maintain new sales channels & marketing initiatives for each of the company's existing brands.
>Refine and manage the company's current sales processes.
>Prepare and present sales collateral to prospective customers, trade groups and influencers.
>Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
>Implements national sales programs by developing sales action plans and unique sales channels.
>Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
>Provide management input towards developing new products.
