What machine?

Thank you in advance for any help and guidance. This is what I need to do. I need to print 61" X 120" on banner material, need good color pop, glossy finish, outdoor durable. These banners will be used probably 50 times or more, and each time will be taken down and rolled up. They are for moonwalks.

I am looking at a Roland SJ600 and Mutoh Falcon II Outdoor 64 HD. I can't use pure solvents because I can't afford an air scrubber. I have a limited budget not to exceed 7,500 so I know I will have to buy used. I am competing with imported panels so I can't outsource and jack up the price, its not worth it.

Any suggestions on these machines? Am I missing any others?

WHAT IS A MOON WALK?
HOW LONG WILL THESE BANNERS BE UP AT A TIME.

I WOULD JUST PRINT THEM ON MY MUTOH RJ4000 AND SPRAY THEM WITH A FEW COATS OF " FROG JUICE". PRINTS " POP "! THEY ARE GLOSSY WITH FOG GLOSS AND LAST FOR EVER.
( MAYBE)
I HAVE HAD A 20 FOOT BANNER HANGING OUTSIDE FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS IN
PACIFIC COAST WEATHER.
THE DEBATE BETWEEN SOLVENT ,UV, ECO. ULTRA PIGMENT AND DYE WILL GO
ON AND ON AS LONG AS YOUR SALES REP HAS MOUTHS TO FEED, AND A BIG FAT HUMMER
PAYMENT.
MAMA ALWAYS SAID " STUPID IS AS STUPOID DOES. YOU CAN PAY 70000OR 2000 ON A PRINTER AND STILL GET THE SAME RESULTS.
GOOD IMAGE IS GOOD IMAGE. If you print to your customers satisfaction then
you've done good . I can send you samples from my mutoh RJ4000 .
the RJ4000 was introduced by mutoh to enter the fine art
reproduction market " giclee "
so imagine perfect prints, museium quality ,coated with glossy color fast
uv protection. I believe " frog " puts out a clear solvent spray ink
THAT also will do the job.IN THAT EVENT WEAR FACE VENTALATOR.
I SPRAY FROM THE CAN BUT YOU CAN APPLY IN LIQID FORM CHEAPER AND SAFER.
THER ARE LOTS OF PRODUCTS THAT ALL DO THE SAME GOOD JOB TO PROTECT
AND PRESERVE AUQUEUS PIGMENT INKS.
i BOUGHT MY MUTOH FOR 2000 DOLLARS. IT CAME IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PLASTIC.
I SWARE IT MUST HAVE BEEN USED ALMOST NEVER. INCLUDED WERE 6 UNOPENED INK CARTRIEGES. I LOVE MUTOH. THEY CLEAN AND RUN THEMSELFS. NO INK ON
THE HANDS. DON'T PAY OVER 3-4 THOUSAND . EVEN FOR THE FALCO OUTDOOR.
yOU CAN CALL ME IF YOU NEED HELP FINDING A GOOD MACHINE AT A GREAT PRICE.
