Mactac Bubble free vinyl

I have $10,000.00 worth of wrap & partial wrap work that has failed. The only commonality is the Mactac bubble free vinyl & razor laminate. When I used Mactac bubble free PRO or 3M Controltac I experienced no problems. Mactac disavows any responsibility for the failures and suggests that the failure is a result of "Misuse of the product". I say this smacks of the Avery problem of about 5 years ago. The difference being Avery eventually stepped up to the plate and admitted a problem.
The real shame here is my customers know there is a problem with the job I did for them. It is my reputation that is suffering since the customer doesn't know Mactac from the man in the moon.
I would like to know of anyone else who has experienced problems with this vinyl and see if as a group we can force a huge company to admit a mistaske and rectify it.
I have been in the sign business for over 40 years. My family business is the premier installer of wraps within a 100 mile radius. In short, we are not beginners looking to blame someone for our shortcomings.
