MAGIC® BRAND INTRODUCES MAGIC® PRODUCTS FOR XPRESS™, X2™ AND BELLÍSE™ PRINTERS

Proven Magic Brand Media Now Available for These Printers

SOUTH HADLEY, Mass­ Magic® brand announced today the Xpress™, X2™, Bellíse™ compatible media in put-ups specifically for Xpress, X2 and Bellíse printing systems. These product additions deliver excellent performance on the Xpress, X2 and Bellíse printing systems and exhibit superior color gamut and fast dry times.

“New Xpress, X2 and Bellíse compatible media consists of the most in-demand Magic brand products in the ink jet market,” said Ed McCarron, product manager at Rexam Image Products. “The availability of these key Magic products will open up opportunities for this important segment of printer operators. They are PSA vinyl, scrim vinyl, polycarbonate film, latex and nylon reinforced wet-strength and heavy-weight matte papers. These products are ideal for a wide range of outdoor and indoor applications due to their versatility and robustness.”

Magic media now available for these printers are as follows:

5 mil Matte Vinyl-DMVLA5X (Xpress and X2)
Permanent, yet removable, matte-calendared vinyl adheres to exhibit boards, glass, metals and painted surfaces.

15 mil Scrim Vinyl-DMVB15X (Xpress and X2)
Premium scrim vinyl offers a tear-resistant polyester scrim sandwiched between two PVC layers. It drapes easily and delivers high opacity to block distracting backlight and shadows.

11 mil Wet-Strength Paper-DMiBOP10X (Xpress and X2)
Economical wet-strength paper reinforced with latex and nylon. A versatile option for multiple indoor and outdoor uses including wall covering.

Matte Presentation Paper

Heavyweight and med-weight matte papers designed for color graphic applications, including trade show and courtroom graphics, posters, point-of-purchase artwork and photo enlargements. They are easy to laminate.

12 mil Polycarbonate Film-DMBPC12BEL (Bellíse)
For use as semi-rigid backlit and frontlit signage, this matte film provides vivid color and reduced glare. Reverse image and view through the film. Does not require lamination.
