Global Entertainment TV Acquires LED Solutions

KITCHENER, ONTARIO- Mark Stever, a lifelong Kitchener resident with over 18 years' experience in the signage industry who has provided signs for many local and area businesses, recently announced that his company, LED Solutions, Inc., has merged with Global Entertainment Television, Inc., (GETV) a fast-emerging, fully integrated communications company based in Boca Raton, Florida.

"We at LED Solutions believe we have something special to offer GETV, a company which will be at the forefront of 24-hour per day, 7-day per week digital television broadcasting," Stever recently stated. "LED Solutions is well-positioned to provide an apt complement for GETV's diversified roster of advertisers. The merger with my company will enable them to supplement and enhance the ways in which they get their message across to a broader range of consumers than would be possible if they were to advertise only on television or only through LED signs," Stever explained.

GETV is now in the process of becoming a public company; management anticipates it will trade on NASDAQ Small-Cap later this year. The company is currently offering a Private Placement opportunity which will enable qualified investors to purchase shares of GETV prior to the public offering.

LED Solutions, Inc., specializes in providing outdoor electronic moving display signs, similar to large outdoor television screens which may be viewed day or night. Previous clients include Applebees, HMV Records, Universal News and a gift store, all located in the high-profile Times Square area of New York City. Another sign will soon be put up at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.

In addition, LED Solutions has submitted proposals for future signs to Madison Square Garden and the AMC Movie Theater (Times Square Café), both in New York City, as well as a proposal for a 50-foot by 4.5-foot sign opposite the Milford Plaza Hotel on 45th St. and Eighth Avenue, in the heart of New York City's bustling theater district. Stever's previous signage clients include Cartier, Mayors Jewelers, The MGM Hotel and The Mirage Hotel, Hilton Hotels, Comfort Inn, Travelodge, Clarion Inn and many others.
