DGI And Invisuals Merge
BOSTON, MA - Digital Graphics, Inc. (DGI) and Invisuals, a division of Charrette, Inc., have merged, creating New England’s leading provider of large format digital and photo imaging services.
The new company, to be known as DGI-Invisuals, LLC, is owned equally by Charrette, Inc., the parent company of Invisuals, and by Digitech International, Inc., the parent company of DGI. The combined companies will consolidate their main operations to a newly refurbished 30,000 square foot sales and production facility in Burlington, Massachusetts, just west of Boston. DGI-Invisuals is keeping its downtown Boston location and continues to maintain sales offices in other major New England cities.
DGI-Invisuals serves the retail, corporate, exhibit, museum and event industries, as well as advertising agencies. DGI-Invisuals offers its clients Lambda and traditional photographic imaging, dye sublimation fabric, 3M Scotchprint™ vinyl and commercial inkjet prints in addition to digital image manipulation, image archiving, and communication services. Traditional mounting and finishing services, along with drop shipping, custom packaging and kitting is offered. The company maintains an on-site installation team serving local and national accounts. DGI-Invisuals offers visual imaging solutions including POP, tradeshow and exhibit hardware, making them the perfect choice from inception to completion for large format imaging needs.
