Oracal Introduces New 8-Year Premium Cast Film

(Jacksonville, FL) - Oracal USA establishes a new standard for quality performance among cast films with the introduction of its new ORACAL® Series 851 Premium Cast.

ORACAL® Series 851 is a premium cast film designed to satisfy a wide array of demanding durable sign and graphics applications including fleet graphics, exterior signage and other high-duty uses. Manufactured using state-of-the-art, computer-controlled casting processes, Series 851 demonstrates superior conformability, adhesion, cutting and weeding properties.

Through the use of next-generation computer controlled color creation process, Oracal is able to initially offer ORACAL® Series 851 in 91 brilliant, high gloss colors.

ORACAL® Series 851 incorporates a special silicone-coated release liner that provides outstanding weeding and release characteristics, and a customized blue-tinted paper liner on matte and gloss white to provide optimal contrast to enhance cutting and weeding performance. Every roll of ORACAL® Series 851 is 100% splice free.

In addition to its superior performance when used with computer-aided signmaking (CAS) equipment, ORACAL® Series 851 is compatible with thermal transfer digital imaging printers. ORACAL® Series 851 is available in 15” and 30” punched formats, and 20”, 24”, 36" and 48” unpunched formats.
