Onyx Graphics Appoints Matt Crawford to Regional Sales Manager
Crawford will also promote Onyx Proof™ Software
Midvale, UT. Dec 2, 2002 -- Onyx Graphics, the world's leading workflow solutions provider for the digital color printing marketplace, today announced that Matt Crawford has joined its team as Regional Sales Manager for the Midwestern United States responsible for sales of all Onyx products in his territory. Mr. Crawford will also double as a product champion for Onyx Proof, the company’s new software package that enables users to generate color-accurate press proofs from supported ink jet or laser printers.
Mr. Crawford brings extensive prepress and color printing experience to Onyx Graphics. He joins Onyx from Tekgraf Corporation, where he was the Business Development Manager responsible for products representing more than $24 million in annual sales. While at Tekgraf, he was an integral member of the team that created Tekgraf Digital Solutions-branded products. Before his appointment as Business Development Manager, Mr. Crawford served as Prepress Product Marketing Manager for Tekgraf. He was a Color Specialist at G&R Technologies prior to Tekgraf, providing pre- and post-sales support and regional installation and training for G&R Technologies products. Before that, he was a Graphic Designer at Horizon Displays. Mr. Crawford holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in visual communications from Northern Illinois University. He is based in the Chicago area and reports to Cassey Scoffield, National Sales Director for Onyx Graphics.
