Chemcut Corporation Announces New Wet Processing Equipment Product Line

Chemcut Corporation, supplier of Develop/Etch/Strip equipment, introduced the Chemcut 2002 Etcher as part of its new wet processing equipment product line.

Designed to meet the needs of fine line etching the Chemcut 2002 transports fiberglass cores down to 2 mil and flex material down to 1 mil without compromising fluid delivery performance.

With Chemcut 2002 there are no jams, no skewing, no damage to substrate or impressions in copper­clad cores. Features include a new highly durable spray rack design with improved nozzle pattern and spray tube oscillation providing better etch uniformity and clean out in narrow spaces.

The Chemcut 2002 has a PVDF drive train with interlocking upper drive gears and easy access in line filters.
