ISA Anticipates High Turnout for International Sign Expo
Alexandria, Va. (February 19, 2003) With registration at 189 percent higher this year then it was at this same time last year, the International Sign Association (ISA) promises to deliver record-breaking attendance at the 57th Annual International Sign Expo, April 2-5, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
"The International Sign Expo will help sign-industry professionals reduce costs, increase productivity and provide better customer satisfaction. At the Expo, you'll see the newest developments in signage and sign technology and have significant opportunities to network with colleagues, suppliers, and buyers," according to Dean Garritson, president and CEO of ISA. "Everyone at the Expo can also participate in well run seminars that will increase your ability to build your business."
Exhibitors and attendees will learn about the developments that will direct the future growth of the industry. "The conference serves as a valuable conduit between suppliers and manufacturers, allowing product manufactures and suppliers to advertise their products, and giving sign company owners access to new ideas to take back to their shops," said Bob Wallace, Chairman of ISA’s 2003 Board of Directors. "This interaction drives business growth and the overall retail economy."
Congressman Donald Manzullo (R-Ill), chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Small Business will deliver a keynote speech during a special breakfast on Thursday, April 3. Chairman Manzullo, a strong advocate for commercial and political speech rights, will discuss the importance of on-premise signage to the success of small business and will brief participants on the regulatory challenges facing the sign industry.
