ISA Announces New Vice President of Finance & Administration
Alexandria, VA (May 20, 2003) The International Sign Association (ISA) recently welcomed Bill Winslow as the new vice president of finance and administration. Winslow will be responsible for the overall financial and administrative operations of the association.
“I’m delighted to welcome Bill to the organization,” said ISA president and CEO Dean Garritson. “He brings high value as he helps us sort out and streamline business processes and administration.”
Winslow began his accounting and finance career as a management consultant for Ernst and Young, where he spent six years in progressively more responsible positions. He then spent eight years in a $100 million non-profit organization where he was promoted three times to successively more responsible positions.
During that time, Winslow helped to oversee the installation of an organization-wide Oracle database system.
“Bill will bring a new level of information analysis and will help us manage our information technology,” said Garritson. “I think that he will support the organization in a way that we have never experienced before.”
Winslow earned his masters of science in accounting at George Mason University and a bachelor’s of arts degree from the University of Denver.
Winslow has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in both for-profit and not-for profit organizations. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honors society.
ISA is 2,200 member organization composed of manufacturers, users, and suppliers of on-premise signs and sign products produced by more than 400,000 employees in all 50 states and 69 countries.
ISA exists to support, promote and improve the $30 billion-a-year sign industry, which sustains the nation’s nearly $3 trillion-a-year retail industry.
