MACtac Appoints Four to District Manager Positions

MACtac® Appoints Ergle as New District Manager

Stow, Ohio ­ September 2003 ­ Frank Ergle has been named district manager for the Graphics and Distributor division of MACtac®, and will handle the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Ergle will be responsible for developing sales, name recognition and brand awareness within his territory. He will be identifying growth opportunities in this area, as well as servicing existing customers and expanding their business with MACtac.

Prior to joining MACtac, Ergle held account management positions at 3M, Arlon Films and Adhesive Company, Kimoto Tech and JGM Sales Associates. He has experience with PSA vinyl film products, and fleet and point of sale graphics. Ergle is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, where he earned a BA degree in Management and Marketing. His wife, Carolyn, is an elementary school teacher, and they have a daughter, Hilliary, in high school. Ergle and his family reside in Doylestown, Penn.

Nabholz Appointed as New District Manager

Anne Nabholz has been named district manager for the Graphic and Distributor division of MACtac®. She will handle the states of Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Nabholz will be responsible for developing sales, name recognition and brand awareness within her territory. She will be identifying growth opportunities in this area, as well as servicing existing customers and expanding their business with MACtac.

Prior to joining MACtac, Nabholz held a similar position as a territory manager at 3 Sigma, covering many of the same states and has experience in adhesive applications. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned a BA degree in Economics. Nabholz was married recently and resides in St. Louis, Mo.

MACtac® Appoints Schulenberg as New District Manager

Carol Schulenberg has been named district manager for the Graphic and Distributor division of MACtac®. She will handle the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Schulenberg will be responsible for developing sales, name recognition and brand awareness within her territory. She will be identifying growth opportunities in this area, as well as servicing existing customers and expanding their business with MACtac. Schulenberg was a district sales manager and product manager for the Distribution division of MACtac for 12 years before relocating to North Carolina.

Prior to rejoining MACtac, she was the manager of marketing and business development at Food Service, Inc., in Columbia, S.C. Schulenberg is a graduate of the University of Akron, where she earned a degree in Marketing. She and her husband reside in Waxhaw, N.C. with their three sons.

Villa Appointed as New District Manager

Rick Villa has been named district manager for the Graphic and Distributor division of MACtac®. He will handle the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Northern Illinois. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Villa will be responsible for developing sales, name recognition and brand awareness within his territory. He will be identifying growth opportunities in this area, as well as servicing existing customers and expanding their business with MACtac. Villa was a district manager for the Technical Products Division of MACtac from 1995 through 1999.

Prior to rejoining MACtac, he was a regional manager for Universal Diecutters Corporation and was responsible for diversifying the company into new industries. Villa is a graduate of El Camino College in California, where he earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is an avid runner and has five children and three grandchildren. He resides in Saline, Mich. with his wife and teenage son.
