IRgA Selects Smith Bucklin For Full Service Management

Chicago, IL - The International Reprographic Association (IRgA) today announced it has selected Smith Bucklin to provide full service association management services and that it will move its headquarters from Oak Brook, IL to Smith Bucklin's Chicago, IL office.

Founded in 1927, the IRgA is the world's leading trade association for the reprographic industry. It is largely comprised of entrepreneurial businesses serving the large and wide-format reproduction needs of architectural, engineering, manufacturing, retail, and advertising industries. The IRgA offers its members a full array of educational and networking opportunities through weekly communications, industry-specific journals, an interactive member database, training programs, and annual convention and trade show.

The IRgA was looking for a complete association management solution that offered management, marketing, customer service and consulting expertise needed for us to thrive and become the organization of choice for every reprographer, commented IRgA President Robert Margolis of Crest Graphics.

"The IRgA leadership had the vision to develop an impressive portfolio of products and services," said Henry S. Givray, president and chief executive officer, Smith Bucklin. "We see tremendous possibilities for the IRgA to grow and are thrilled to have the opportunity to help guide the association so it may reach its full potential," he said.

"This is a new age for the IRgA. We are very impressed with the depth of skills available through Smith Bucklin and the keen interest they have in our success. We're looking to build upon the exceptional work of our volunteer leadership. The qualifications and experience of Smith Bucklin will help us create a strong future for the IRgA," Margolis said.

In addition to executive management, administration, financial, and technology services, Smith Bucklin will support IRgA's Annual Convention and Trade Show, training program, and manage its publications including REPRO REPORT Magazine--the official news magazine of the IRgA.
