New Age Media Concepts signs Agreement with CityVision

February 12, 2004, New York and Russia. It was announced today that New Age Media Concepts, A US based company has entered into a joint venture partnership with Russian based CityVision. This partnership gives New Age Media Concepts a solid footing in the growing Russian advertising market and gives CityVision the presence in the US markets that will designate it as a true international advertising network.
