MACtac® Names Payne Inside Sales Manager, Graphics and Appoints Gálvez to Inside Sales Post

Stow, Ohio ­ March 10, 2004 ­ Jennifer Payne has been named Inside Sales Manager for MACtac® Graphic Products. She will oversee the inside sales department for the Performance Graphics product line, which consists of IMAGin®, MACmark®, Permacolor® and MACscreen®. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Payne will be responsible for developing sales, name recognition and brand awareness within her department. She will be instrumental in strategic planning as well as servicing existing customers and expanding their business with MACtac.

Payne has been with MACtac since 1998, when she started work as a customer service representative for Graphic Products. In 2000, she moved to the inside sales department and continued to demonstrate an extensive understanding of the graphic products line. She is a graduate of Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Payne resides in Stow, Ohio.

Also, Isabel Gálvez has been named account manager for MACtac® Inside Sales, Graphic Products, Latin America. She will serve as a communication link between the company and its Latin American distributors. MACtac, headquartered in Stow, Ohio, is a leading supplier of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials.

Gálvez will be responsible for order processing as well as additional marketing, international logistics and customer service duties. MACtac has distributors throughout the Latin American region, including the following countries: Guatemala, Panamá, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Perú, Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.

Prior to joining MACtac, Gálvez was the Latin American Lead Credit Administrator for Philips Medical Systems, a manufacturer of diagnostic imaging equipment, information technology and electronics. Gálvez was born and raised in Perú, and attended college in Lima, where she earned a degree in International Office Management. She is also a certified community interpreter and translator.

Gálvez and her husband, Carlos Benites, an HIV/AIDS counselor, reside in South Euclid, Ohio with their three children, Gustavo, Mónica and Tania.
