CRS International Offers MultiVac Ink Series

The 10000 series Multi-Vac ink, manufactured by CRS Intl., is designed to be used with ABS, acrylic, butyrate, polystyrene, polycarbonate, and vacuum-formed plastics. This series ink has a scuff-resistant, glossy finish and comes in a range of opaque, transparent colors with a Pantone Color Matching System. It provides excellent coverage with the manufacturer estimating approximately 1,000 square feet per gallon when using a mesh count of 250 monofilament polyester. It is free of chromate and heavy metals such as lead.

This mild-odor acrylic ink can be used with a dual-cure direct photo emulsion (CRS EM-500B), SBQ presensitized photo emulsion or equivalent, or any solvent-resistant film or photo emulsion. The ink air dries in about 30 minutes or jet dries in 20 to 30 seconds at between 135 F to 180 F. Screens clean quickly and easily with T-902/T-925 and CRS500 biodegradable washups. One quart and 1 gallon containers are available.
