Cyrious Software Purchases Business Management Solutions (BMS)

BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA-- Cyrious Software, Inc., the leading provider of business management software, announced the purchase of Business Management Solutions, Inc. of Jacksonville, FL, (“BMS”) one of the oldest players in the business management arena, through an asset purchase. “It is with great enthusiasm that we are announcing that BMS has joined with Cyrious Software, Inc. to continue offering the best in software and support,” said Mr. Carter, President of Cyrious Software. Mr. Flemmer, the President and founder of BMS added, “It is comforting to leave knowing that BMS’s products, employees, and most importantly our customers are in such good hands.”

Cyrious and BMS are both providers of business software focused on the sign and graphic industries. Until recent years, Cyrious traditionally focused on the vinyl and digital printing market. Cyrious’ release of Cyrious Control© in 2002 was targeted primarily at larger Electric, Digital, and Screen Printing shops - giving it experience with serving the same customer base as BMS. BMS founded in 1983, was a pioneer in providing specialized business management software for the electric sign industry.

According to Cyrious’ CEO, Scott St.Cyr, “The combination of these two businesses will help provide the best platform for our customers, both in technology and support.
