Dallas-area BillBoard Video, Inc., Acquires MultiMedia Electronic Programmable Signs
Dallas, TX - BillBoard Video, Inc. announces the acquisition of California-based MultiMedia Electronic Programmable Signs, a worldwide manufacturer of LED displays. MultiMedia designs and manufactures the majority of the spectacular, programmable signs that grace the buildings of New York’s Times Square and are seen in major cities around the world. MultiMedia is the leader in LED digital display technology by providing the ultimate custom solutions for major corporate customers.
For nearly 25 years, MultiMedia has positioned itself to be the leader in out-of- home digital advertising by providing the large spectacular signs in Times Square. “BillBoard Video will combine its content management software and services to offer the customer a complete digital display solution. The acquisition of MultiMedia positions the company to grow in the marketplace by combining the strengths of BillBoard Video and MultiMedias to make spectacular digital displays and software solutions for our customers,” said Bill Hall, president of BillBoard Video, Inc.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of BillBoard Video, MultiMedia is being integrated to deliver complete out-of-home advertising and digital displays that include LED display systems and media content management. Additionally, BillBoard plans to invest in MultiMedia’s infrastructure and expand sales in existing LED vertical markets and support established sales channels. In addition to expanding existing facilities, BillBoard Video will be opening new offices in Europe, Asia and South America.
