Océ Teams with Graphic Intelligence Agency to Offer Technical Support for Océ Imaging Supplies

Chicago, IL - ­ Océ (Nasdaq: OCENY), a global leader in digital document management and delivery solutions, has teamed with the Graphic Intelligence Agency (GIA) to provide technical support to customers using Océ large format color media. This partnership offers value to Océ¹s distributors and their customers by bringing the internationally renowned digital printing expertise of the GIA to Océ color media users throughout the United States.

Staffed by GIA representatives proficient in large format digital color printing applications, the Océ Media Technical Support center can be accessed through a toll-free number. Customers can select from three product categories including "Display Graphics", "CAD" or "Solvent" and are connected to a representative specializing in the selected category. Océ Media Technical Support representatives have a thorough knowledge of popular inkjet printers, ink types, authoring software, RIP software and Océ media. Customers can obtain advice on the use of Océ media for a particular application, learn how to optimize printing for a variety of printers using various RIP software packages or determine the best alternatives for finishing selected media for a given application.
