D-Lite Sign Panels Offer Benefits for Digital Flat Bed Printing

Hatfield, PA - Lightweight, high strength, and affordability come together in an aluminum sign panel especially suited for aqueous, solvent-based, or UV-cured digital flat bed printers. D-Lite™ sign panels from Laminators feature a high gloss aluminum surface bonded to a corrugated plastic core. As a result, a 3mm D-Lite panel weighs substantially less than conventional 3mm solid-core panels: 18 lbs for a 4ft by 8ft panel, and 21 lbs for a 4ft x 10ft panel, making D-Lite panels especially easy to handle.

With aluminum cladding on both sides, D-Lite panels are also 100 times more rigid than 0.40 in. aluminum sheet and are engineered to prevent twisting or warping. In addition, high water resistance helps prevent cracking, chipping, flaking, or peeling, even in harsh weather conditions.

D-Lite panels are affordably priced and available in 12 standard colors -- including a brilliantly white finish -- with a 10-year Colorfast Warranty. The panels are 3mm thick, and are available in 4ft x 8ft and 4ft x 10ft sheets.
