Graphtec Announces Longer Daytime Hours for Toll-Free Support

Western Graphtec, Inc., a leading manufacturer of precision imaging products for the signmaking, graphics, and computer-aided design industries, announced today that effective July 25, 2005 it will radically expand hours for its customer service and technical support telephone service and offer toll-free support from 8:30 EST through 7:30 EST. (5:30 PST through 4:30 PST)

Placing increased emphasis on customer satisfaction, Mr. Arakawa, President of Western Graphtec, Inc. is expanding its support hours to ensure the East Coast and Midwest regions of the United States receive support when they need it.
