Graphtec Appoints Jane Hicks as Manager of Customer Service

Irvine, CA - Western Graphtec Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Hicks as Manager of the company's Customer Service department.

Ms. Hicks has been with Western Graphtec, Inc. for a total of 15 years. She has worked in various departments within the company, performing and mastering an array of job functions. The last position she held was in Business Administration, managing and communicating with major accounts. Ms. Hicks has established a reputation among her colleagues, business partners, and customers as an individual capable of getting things done. She brings a sense of urgency and respect in all of her business dealings.

Ms Hicks comments that she is looking forward to the new challenge of managing Western Graphtec's Customer Service Department. Her primary goal is to achieve the highest level of customer care while streamlining the process to enable the department to function as efficiently as possible.
