Kurtenbach to Present at Intertech’s Power Signs 2005 Convention

BROOKINGS, S.D. ­ -­ Reece Kurtenbach, Daktronics Vice President, Video Systems, will present at Intertech’s Power Signs 2005 convention, Oct. 17-19, at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas.

Kurtenbach’s presentation, titled Digital Signage in the Sports Stadia Market, is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 11:00 a.m.

Kurtenbach will cover the gamut of digital displays used in sporting facilities. Presentation focuses include future-trend high-definition video displays, new applications for light-emitting diode (LED) signage, and LED video display basics. In addition, Kurtenbach will provide information on digital signage outside of the seating bowl, such as liquid-crystal displays, plasma screens and other technologies that can be integrated into the concourse, suites, concession stands, and other facility areas.
