Federal Heath Sign Company Acquires Zimmerman Sign

OCEANSIDE, CALIF. — Federal Heath Sign Company, LLC, has acquired selected assets of Zimmerman Sign Company, a Texas Corporation. This transaction combines a premier national sign company with a history dating back to 1901 with industry leader, Federal Heath Sign Company. Federal Heath Sign is one of the largest custom electric sign companies in the U.S.

The company will have major manufacturing locations in Euless, Texas; Oceanside, Calif.; Jacksonville, Texas; and16 other sites strategically located throughout the U.S. With this transaction, Federal Heath Sign continues its expansion and adds the major customer market segments of Petroleum and Automotive to its current focus on sign product and maintenance services to many other customer markets.

Kevin Stotmeister, President & CEO of Federal Heath Sign, continues in his leadership role with the expanded company. “This transaction creates a combination of sign product and maintenance service offerings unparalleled in the industry today,” said Stotmeister. “Federal Heath is the quality choice for multi-location customers in the retail, restaurant, hotel, corporate ID, automotive, petroleum and gaming market segments.”

Kenneth A. Hendricks serves as Chairman of the company. He and his wife, Diane, wholly own Federal Heath Sign Company and are the holders of all of the company's shares.

Ken Hendricks is the founder, Chairman and CEO, as well as sole shareholder, of ABC Supply. ABC Supply, based in Beloit, Wis., with more than $2 billion in sales, is the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and siding in the United States, and one of the largest distributors of windows and other select exterior products.
