Oracal USA Announces New Solid Color Vehicle Wrap Film

Jacksonville, FL ­ Oracal USA is pleased to announce the introduction of ORACAL® Series 870 Wrapping Cast.

Series 870 Wrapping Cast was specially developed for complete wraps of fleet vehicles, race cars and emergency vehicles. Available in 17 high-gloss colors, this new 2.75-mil film offers an easy, fast and reliable way to fully wrap vehicles in solid, opaque colors. Intended for long-term use (10 years black and white, 8 years colors, 6 years metallics), this durable film provides a lightweight, economical alternative to paint.

Series 870 film offers exceptional dimensional stability and conformability over curved surfaces, rivets and corrugations, and features a transparent, solvent-based, repositionable adhesive backed by an 80-lb. PE-coated silicone liner. It offers long-term removability from painted surfaces and does not require an overlaminate.

Always splice-free, ORACAL® Series 870 Wrapping Cast is available in 60-inch-wide, 50-meter-long rolls.
