LEXINGTON & SCENERY WEST now operate under Lexington banner

LOS ANGELES, CA - Former competitors Lexington and Scenery West, the two premier Los Angeles-based fabrication houses, have joined forces and are now operating under the Lexington banner. Both companies have been active for the past 25 years in similar markets, with substantial portfolios in entertainment, education, corporate hospitality, gaming, and retail.

A number of key members of the Scenery West staff have been integrated into Lexington’s team, including Stewart Zilberberg and Ron Antone.

“This is a harmonious blend of strengths,” says Lexington CEO Richard Bencivengo. “We’ve added distinguished, seasoned staff whose expertise, skills and background perfectly dovetail with our own. With this move, Lexington has expanded its client base and simultaneously strengthened existing resources and tools to serve that base. Between the two companies there’s a half-century of invaluable knowledge and experience. The result is a bigger, better and stronger Lexington.”

Currently, Lexington is in production on more than 30 projects, including: Westfield Malls, Forever 21, Omaha Children’s Museum, the Skirball Cultural Center, Dakota Dunes Casino and Resort, and television commercials for Victoria’s Secret.

Lexington is a full-service, custom design and fabrication company known for its expertise and success in creating projects that require complex technical design. Recent work includes the intricate immersive environments for the new permanent attraction, Titanic: The Journey Continues in Branson MO; the blockbuster A&E traveling museum exhibit Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of Pharaohs, currently at The Field Museum in Chicago; the new live show set for NBC’s Fear Factor at Universal Studios Hollywood, and the new broadcast set for NBA on TNT.

From the creation of the exhibits for Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena CA, to permanent broadcast sets at home and abroad for such clients as ESPN, TNT, and ABC, Lexington demonstrates an exceptional talent for crafting a diverse range of projects. With the ability to blend creative and technical design knowledge, fabrication and installation experience, and estimating expertise, Lexington is a unique one-stop shop: a company of artisans who excel in bringing to reality what their clients envision.
