Ink Technologies (UK) Ltd appoints new Customer Service Executive.
Ink Technologies Ltd is coming to the end of a very successful year. The team has grown considerably in the past 12 months in order to keep up with the ever growing demand for ITL products.
The Sales and Marketing team in particular has experienced considerable changes - doubling in size and moving into new purpose built offices. This move will enable the Sales and Marketing team to focus on new product launches and the development of relationships with new and existing worldwide distributors.
The newest member of the team is Dean Terry who has recently been appointed as Customer Service Executive. Dean has been with ITL for almost 4 years, and was previously responsible for national and worldwide dispatch. Dean is already well known with the ITL customer base and his natural ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with worldwide customers meant that he was the ideal candidate for the newly created position.
Commenting on Deans appointment Shaun Holdom, Sales and Marketing Manager says ‘Dean has always been an integral part of the ITL team and will go on to be a fundamental driving force in customer relationship management. Dean has several years of knowledge in all aspects of our industry and with customer satisfaction being his number one priority he was the natural choice for the new role.’
