Cayin showcases sophisticated Digital Signage solutions at ISE 2007

Taipei, Taiwan -­ In response to increasing demands from marketing and communication professionals for the out-of-home digital media, Cayin Technology will introduce a complete dynamic digital signage solution at Integrated System Europe 2007 (Hall 3, Stand C105), held from January 30th to February 1st. Cayin’s sophisticated digital signage solution includes multi-functional media player (SMP series), powerful content management server (CMS), and two new management tool, Super Monitor and Super Reporter, the essential and handy tools for administrators in larger-scale deployment.

At Integrated System Europe 2006, Cayin first launched its HD-Video supported digital signage appliance and has settled its prestigious market position in European audio-visual market. To best meet different applications’ needs, Cayin provides two series of compact and dedicated digital signage appliances: SMP-PRO and SMP-WEB series. For those applications which only require showing video, graphics, and scrolling texts, SMP-PRO series is an easy and ideal media player.

With Cayin’s CMS server, administrators can use a web-based management tool to manage multimedia content and system settings of all digital signage players located at different sites centrally and remotely. Administrators can use authentication and access control functions to assign authorization to each user to manage respective groups of players.

For administrators who need to manage larger-scale of digital signage network, the oncoming management software Super Monitor can help monitor the real-time status of any player located at different sites. With its user-friendly operation interface, administrators can, by only a few mouse clicks, regroup players and monitor all details of each player and even immediately do troubleshooting on malfunctioned players.

Super Reporter is the other powerful newly-launched management software for answering the strong demands of the main-stream commercialized applications of digital signage, especially for advertising purposes. It helps administrators to easily collect multimedia playback information and generate log records. Super Reporter further assists to conduct advance statistical analysis and generate reliable statements. Digital signage, also known as narrowcasting, is a multimedia platform which distributes rich information (HTML, Flash, Videos, Texts messages and Pictures) over IP network on digital displays or via projectors.
