Cooley Offers Eco-Friendly Poster Paper Alternative - Coolflex® PR Profices Benefits Over Paper

Pawtucket, RI—Cooley Digital Products is now offering two digitally printable, single-sheet paper replacement substrates for 30-sheet poster bulletin boards and banner applications. Coolflex PR3 and Coolflex PR5 are lightweight, flexible, seamless and offer a longer life than paper products.

Both Coolflex PR substrates reduce the 'show-through' that can occur with paper on rainy days and their one-piece, seamless feature offers a better quality graphic image. Coolflex PR saves time by eliminating the need for pasting and the single sheet installation can be done with standard clip or stretch methods.

Coolflex PR3 is a 3.8-ounce, non-PVC substrate, which is 100% recyclable PE and offers a bright white face for greater color spectrum and brilliance. Coolflex PR3 is also opaque enough to cover pre-existing copy and works with UV and most solvent inks. Coolflex PR3 is available seamless widths.

Coolflex PR5 is a 5-ounce non-woven PVC substrate, which is recyclable and works with solvent and UV printing technologies. Coolflex PR5 offers bright and vibrant color graphics and uses the same PVC technology as used on large billboards. Coolflex PR5 is available in seamless widths up to 196”.
