Acquisition Of Innowave Solutions, LLC Strengthens Sawgrass Technologies Position In Wide-format Commercial & Industrial Sublimation Marketplace

CHARLESTON, SC, USA - Sawgrass Technologies, Inc., a leading innovator of digital ink technologies, announced today the acquisition of all of the assets of Innowave Solutions, LLC, a Charleston-based provider of turnkey digital printing systems.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Innowave team will become full time employees of Sawgrass Technologies, and will continue to serve the large-format customer segment that they have targeted while working under the Innowave Solutions name. As part of the Sawgrass Technologies organization, the team will focus their attentions on providing customers with the same high quality service and support they’ve come to expect from both companies.
