El Paso FASTSIGNS® Installs New Printer ­ First of its Kind Installed in the World

As technology evolves in the sign and graphics industry, small-business owners, such as Virginia and Kerry King, owners of the El Paso, TX FASTSIGNS® sign and graphics center on Airway Blvd., must stay on-top of the latest innovations by investing in equipment that will meet the evolving needs of her customers. The Legend 72HUV flatbed printer will print banners up to 6 feet wide as long as well as flat signs up to 1 inch thick and weighing a couple of hundred pounds. Photo-quality images are produced with vivid color and amazing accuracy. The Legend will bring the ability to do a larger quantity of signs at a better price to the Kings’ customers. “We will be able to do full color signs, even with a picture at a less cost than a screen printer can do for 2 color signs,” says Virginia of the printer’s capabilities.
