Montreal, Canada - Matrox Graphics Inc., the leading manufacturer of graphics solutions for professionals, today announced the release of Matrox Veos™—an exciting, new multi-channel digital extension solution. Veos is capable of carrying multiple channels of content along a single copper-based cable with over 100 meters of extension per component across an unlimited number of iterations, with zero loss to image quality. Display more content at a greater distance—guaranteed.

The Veos Components
Using a building block approach, Veos is comprised of three components that work in harmony to create highly flexible and easy-to-work-with installations. Each component also adds over 100 meters of digital extension:

• Master unit­ connects to the computer and digitally extends graphics and display control data over 100m
• Repeater/Replicator unit­ adds over 100m of digital extension for each of two outputs
• Display unit­ has two independent display outputs, a display control output, and also adds over 100m of digital extension.
