Photoluminescent Printable Substrates for Railcar Signage

PERMALIGHT® supplies photoluminescent material in compliance with the new APTA PRESS standards. The new requirements ask for photoluminescent Signage and Low Location Path Markings in Passenger Trains to emit at least 7.5 mcd/m˛ at 90 minutes in the dark, following an activation by 1 fc (10.8 Lux) of fluorescent lighting for only 60 minutes.
