Thrace-LINQ Hires Market Development Manager, Industrial and Specialty Products

SUMMERVILLE, SC — Thrace-LINQ announces today that Brian Sparks joined our sales and marketing team. Davis Taylor, the Company's Vice President of Operations, said: "Brian is an exceptional sales professional with a proven track record throughout the U.S. ndustrial and specialty industries. Brian’s position will add considerable strength to our sales team and help accelerate our strategy to expand the prominence of the Thrace-LINQ ® brand across new markets in the Americas."

Sparks comes to Thrace-LINQ with over 10 years of technical sales and quality experience, including 3 years as Director of Furnishings and Industrial Sales for PROPEX, formerly SI Corporation. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Thrace-LINQ recently started production on a world class needle-punched Nonwovens line, with capacity in excess of 7,000 tons/year. Sparks will play a major role in identifying customer needs, market trends and new product opportunities across the growing industrial nonwoven technical fabric sector.
