Helios Creative Sales Account Representative
(Job Description)

Helios Creative Inc., an award-winning custom sign, exhibit, and themed environment manufacture is searching for a dynamic Sales Account Executive. This position entails developing long-term relationships with businesses worldwide by meeting their fabrication needs. The candidate will evaluate and identify key markets, develop leads, contact prospects, make appointments, and exceed the expectations of the customer.

This position involves both inside and outside sales calling, appointments, and presentations. A comprehensive compensation package will be based on experience. Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience desired.
  • Sign Industry background and existing database of accounts a plus.
  • Some travel required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to include: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Helios Creative Project Manager
(Job Description)

Helios Creative Inc., an award-winning custom sign, exhibit, and themed environment manufacture is searching for a dynamic Project Manager. Candidate should have experience in electrical signs, exhibits, architectural designs, fabrication, processes involving municipal permits, zoning, variances, and planning regulations, as well as installation services.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage product lifecycle from conception to installation.
  • Define project scope with sales account executive and management team to include: goals and deliverables that support project requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Continuously monitor the project for signs of existing or potential problems and take the lead role to solve or preclude the problem from developing. This may take the form of adding resources, negotiating a change with the customer, revising the plan, development of contingency plans, etc. as deemed appropriate.
  • Prepare and issue progress reports and presentation to customers and management.
  • Implement and maintain the project quality plan on projects assigned.
  • Maintain regular liaison with the internal team members and client.

  • Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operatorís license, with a good driving record.
  • Some travel required.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs to include: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
