Boost your display graphics revenue with the Océ Arizona 250 GT flatbed printer. Breakthrough Océ VariaDot™ technology delivers near-photo quality and up to 35% savings in ink.
In a large format word, there should be no boundaries. With the Océ Arizona 250 GT UV flatbed printer, you'll have endless opportunities to increase your display graphics revenue and grow your business. Using four-color inks and breakthrough Océ VariaDot technology to deliver near-photographic quality, it will let you take on work that was never before possible. With unmatched ease of use and groundbreaking versatility, the Océ Arizona 250 GT makes no compromises.
Based on a new Océ-developed platform that combines a true flatbed design and a separate, dedicated roll-to-roll capability, the Océ Arizona 250 GT can print onto rigid media up to 49 inches wide x 98 inches long x 1.89 inches thick at true production print speeds (sellable prints) of 172 square feet per hour. The optional roll-to-roll module can print onto flexible media up to 87 inches wide. It uses four color (CMYK) UV-curable inks and Océ VariaDot imaging technology to produce dots of variable size for sharp images with smoother gradients and quarter-tones than with fixed droplet technology as well as dense, uniform solids. The integrated vacuum table holds media stationary while printing, eliminating the need for cumbersome jigs and extra setup time. It also provides full-bleed printing capability, which eliminates the extra finishing steps of trimming prints.
The Océ Arizona 250 GT is ideal for creating point-of-purchase displays, signage, backlit and reflective rigid displays, event graphics, directional signage and more. Plus because of its ability to print on a range of materials not predetermined simply by "square, flat and thin," the Océ Arizona 250 GT can produce applications beyond the norm including custom shapes, lenticular lens, stretched canvas, or nearly anything the imagination can conceive.
The optional roll-to-roll module can be added in the field without compromising the rigid printing workflow. The roll media can be dismounted at any time without disturbing the rigid printing function and vice-versa - there is no down time to reconfigure the system to change from one print mode to the other.
In 2006, the Océ Arizona 250 GT won the 2006 DPI Vision Award for the new digital imaging product development most likely to have a profound and positive effect on the industry. In 2007, it won the DPI Product of the Year Award in the Output Device Rigid Substrate UV category.
