Easier and Faster application with Dimension 3 Clear Resi Gel
Speedy application with no mistakes makes us all more money faster.
Offering these embossed looking designs we make for vehicle graphics with Dimension 3 has added more profit to our bottom line.
We had a bit of a learning curve to over come at first. Check back with SIGNINDUSTRY.COM often for more tips & tricks using Dimension 3 Clear Resin Gel.
The biggest mistake we did at first was trying to cover the whole graphic at once and starting in the middle.
The cure? Just start at the edges and apply a little less.
When I start applying Dimension 3 I alway lay a nice bead along the straight edges of the graphic first.
If I am doing a graphic with a large area to be filled I lay Dimension 3 just next to the outside edges and let the Clear Resin Gel flow towards the center of the graphic.
Stay away from corners at first and let D3 flow out. Then come back in a few minutes and pull the D3 gel into each other to complete the inside corners. Add more D3 gel if needed.
Do not try to cover letters all at once. Do them in sections and allow the D3 gel to do the work for you.
Pull and push the D3 gel into and around corners when the resin "feels" right.
If you do spill over, wait about 15 minutes till the D3 gel firms up. Then clean off the spill to the edge with the repair tool and D3 will re-set to the edge.
